A perfect place to start or reset your EDI journey. This program introduces core EDI concepts, including identity, intersectionality, privilege, power and allyship in a safe and inclusive way. Equip your team with the language and awareness they need to speak about and engage in your EDI work with confidence and empowerment.

Our flagship workshop explores what team members can do to cultivate a culture of inclusion by owning up, speaking up and lifting up. Using immersive case simulations, learners identify areas of personal unconscious bias and develop inclusive strategies to minimize biases in self and others. This workshop culminates by exploring how we can practice daily acts of inclusion (microaffirmations) to create a workplace where all people can both be themselves and belong.

Leaders play a pivotal role in cultivating and upholding a culture of equity and inclusion. This engaging workshop explores what it means to be inclusive, the 6 signature traits of an inclusive leader, and the practical strategies any leader can take to strengthen how they work, lead and make decisions. Leaders complete a self-diagnostic tool to identify personal areas of strength and gaps to work on outside of the learning environment.

This insightful program equips employees with the awareness, motivation and tools to work effectively with people across a range of different intersectional identities. Learners are immersed in real-life situations where differences often lead to misunderstandings at work, and where misunderstandings lead to fractured relationships and eroded performance. With practice applying practical tools to case examples, employees leave prepared to navigate differences inclusively and effectively at work.
